  3. Please I want to something . After the first salt you added the second salt , please after the second salt how many days did you left it in the freezer. ? Do u keep changing the water around the beef ?

  4. I want to make this but have a couple of questions and appreciate if you can clarify for me.
    1. When started the food colouring process you mentioned it was 3 days later, is that 3 days from the start of the process or 3 days from the second curing?
    2. How long should you soak the meat for before use? Thanks
