@kwenapoopedi6331

The unfortunate part is that things look different in theory and on paper than they do in real life. It's not a piece of cake and it does need a strong financial muscle.

@featherfeelpictures

I could listen to her the whole day—well done on this interview! At first, I thought the thumbnail was a bit misleading, but then I listened, and there she was: Lovely Lelo N, sitting pretty with a gorgeous mind. A truly inspiring conversation!😍

@VukaMkhwanazi

Is off of the best thing you can ever you in your I investing carrier

@VukaMkhwanazi

I wonder how many properties have you personally bought cash??a paid off rental property is one off

@florahnemaorani3492

Guys, stop lying to our people. Don't encouraging our people to leave hand to mouth. Cash is King ……….and use your cash for ownership. If you bought it through the banks ……you do not own it , the banks do …….I bought my land Cash and I do not owe anyone, I am not a slave to interest rates ……..Infact I really I do not care about how high or low the interest rate.

Imagine having to pay for a bond, municipality rates and still renovate the property. That's cash flow suicide, Guys buy your properties Cash. Leave your families with proper wealth for your families don't use banks to pretend you are wealthy.

@Rolihlahla635

Witness you ask bad questions. And you dont follow up when needed. Learn from successful hosts and improve! Ask guests what the audience would like to know and not what you want to know.

@ThabangTsooana

Buying property cash or otherwise is not to get rich, it's a long term investment for wealth creation…

@Unknownman2024

I am asking for assistance on my situation, i am working and at the same time i am also selling where i am currently working in the morning and during my lunch time. I am selling snacks and coldrinks. Currently i am making R3000 gross every week, i have a registered business which i want to focus on property in the near future, the help i am asking is what can i do from here and how can i start building up towards the property business and what investments are important while i am working on building finance towards my first property?
