  1. How does KTN send a very incompetent interviewer to interview such a great mind a legend in legal sector. The young man is blank never prepared, it's like they picked him up from hanging out with his friends and and told him go interview Sir Khaminwa. Wasted Mzee time.

  2. Thanks so much for our senior counsel. You have a wealth of information regarding judicial matters. Thanks too for the love you have for our country. Long live Dr. Khaminwa

  3. We had a judicial purge presided by judge Ringera, particular communities in the judiciary were targeted, I see a repeat of the same, Keino, mama mboga , commission

  4. Opinions on TV interviews, is not what runs Kenya's judicial affairs. Corruption in our court system will never appear on public media and tv forums. Yet,it is always active" chini ya maji" as Kenyans say. Actions speak louder than words. The executive and the judiciary, are beneficiaries of corruption scams. Period.

  5. Wait , who is this presentor having been intervieing this former lawyer? he seem not to understand what he is doing, he keep on repeating some questions

  6. I respect sir Khaminwa always but on this issue I disagree. Judiciary has to be answerable , today the judiciary in America is becoming something else because of not calling them out for too long.

Pr Rutto has no option but to deal with the issue publicly because the matters being held in a corrupt court is of great interest to the public.

President Rutto must play safe on this, I promise

  7. Wow, what a former CJ? Explained it well without fear or favour. And he was right, why should the Executive meet with the Judiciary? We don’t want in the 21st century our country to be governed by a President who doesn’t respect democratic decisions of the Judiciary because that is undoubtedly inviting anarchy. Instead, with all due respect the President should resign!

  8. Thanks senior john khaminwa for reminding the chief justice mother koome about the invitation for talk with president Ruto and if you do so it means you don't understand your role and rules of the commission and Anthony general is watching without a device the president

  9. Dr Khaminwa has said it..Martha koome meeting the president is just to be bribed and silenced..this is a shame to our country's judicial arm of government…
