If the interviewer understood the basic principle of separation of powers he would totally understand everything
The host is boring. He's taking long to understand the role of JSC as repeatedly said by Snr counselor Dr Khaminwa
How does KTN send a very incompetent interviewer to interview such a great mind a legend in legal sector. The young man is blank never prepared, it's like they picked him up from hanging out with his friends and and told him go interview Sir Khaminwa. Wasted Mzee time.
Senior Council Daktari Khaminwa 👏🏼👏🏼
Thanks so much for our senior counsel. You have a wealth of information regarding judicial matters. Thanks too for the love you have for our country. Long live Dr. Khaminwa
This man should be the attorney general, but the problem is you can not bribe him a very brilliant genuine advocate
President Ruto himself is a political hawker who can go beyond the constitution to meet his desired interests. That's why you will always find him o. Top of his suv
The issue is very simple Mr President, do projects and develop the country according to the Constitution and nobody will take you to the court.
We had a judicial purge presided by judge Ringera, particular communities in the judiciary were targeted, I see a repeat of the same, Keino, mama mboga , commission
You have to hand it to Mzee Khaminwa for the passion on judicial independence!
History Repeats ItSelf!.
Constitutional Democracy Should Prevail Either ways.
But this was just to have a cup of tea after a lot of mandamano
Opinions on TV interviews, is not what runs Kenya's judicial affairs. Corruption in our court system will never appear on public media and tv forums. Yet,it is always active" chini ya maji" as Kenyans say. Actions speak louder than words. The executive and the judiciary, are beneficiaries of corruption scams. Period.
Whatever you do, no troops to Haiti, please!!! Haitiens' problems, Haitians' solutions
Khaminwa is too old n think he’s changed now he’s a great liar
This interview should go beyond border of East Africa and be role model where these excutives could learn how to upheld the rule of Law. Esp Tanzania.God tuhurumie
Senior Counsel as put the issues most succinctly….and with respect there is absolutely nothing more useful to add!!!
Good to see and hear that Learned gentleman again 👍 👏 👌
Pres WRuto like his predecessor UKinyaata don know what upholding the rule of law and the constitution entails. This is one character trait with despots.
Wait , who is this presentor having been intervieing this former lawyer? he seem not to understand what he is doing, he keep on repeating some questions
This is a fantastic and most Brilliant legal mind in this country. His advice is the best at this juncture for our country.
The learned brother, Mr JK Khaminwa, In fact you have left no stone unturned….
I respect sir Khaminwa always but on this issue I disagree. Judiciary has to be answerable , today the judiciary in America is becoming something else because of not calling them out for too long.
Pr Rutto has no option but to deal with the issue publicly because the matters being held in a corrupt court is of great interest to the public.
President Rutto must play safe on this, I promise
GOD WE PRAY KEEP SENIOR COUNCIL KHAMINWA STRONG AND HEALTHY. MAY HE LIVE LONG TO TELL OFF THIS BANDIA JAAMBAZI SO CALLED'PRESIDENT' WHO IS A CRIMINAL 100%.
Dr Jon my favorite laywer
Wow, what a former CJ? Explained it well without fear or favour. And he was right, why should the Executive meet with the Judiciary? We don’t want in the 21st century our country to be governed by a President who doesn’t respect democratic decisions of the Judiciary because that is undoubtedly inviting anarchy. Instead, with all due respect the President should resign!
So mr looter wants three arms of gvt Legislature judiciary executive to be in his pocket what a begotten man
The president can not Listen to this , He is a man with a mind set can not change and it is dangerous
Thanks senior john khaminwa for reminding the chief justice mother koome about the invitation for talk with president Ruto and if you do so it means you don't understand your role and rules of the commission and Anthony general is watching without a device the president
Dr Khaminwa has said it..Martha koome meeting the president is just to be bribed and silenced..this is a shame to our country's judicial arm of government…
Lets take our jounalists back to school😢 keeps repeating himself on things that SC has answered.
Anarchy will ruin our lovely country
Unfortunately we voted the wrong person
Message to all Kenyans. Executive is in a mes.
ASANTE SANA MZEE. MAY GOD WATCH OVER YOU ALWAYS
Sir Khaminwa, everything has a beginning.
Mzee Ameongea
Wise advice ready the wisdom be.
I wish the president should listen to this brilliant SC and solve the disagreement amicably
l would listen to Wakili twice over
