  1. Mhhhhh!! But is it possible to change the constitution so that any president who wants to stand in 2027 should have studied law including the Speaker of Parliament and Chairman of the military court martial. Period

  2. It shows clearly that Uganda has a judiciary that is completely bereft of international legal jurisprudence.
    ***Who are the presidential legal advisors? I know the attorney general is one of the government legal parrots. Why are they being paid salaries if they ill advice the president?
    ***Could it be that the president thinks he knows it all, which is why he doesn't bother seeking their professional expertise?
    ***The country is now in a state of judicial dispute.

  3. People should not focus on the current laws being passed cong they won't change anything. People should focus on how people get to be in authority. Appointments should be totally and other competitive ways to identify eligible candidates adopted. No one appointed can not dance in the tune of the appointment authority
