Bonjour monsieur j'aimerais savoir un candidat qui a eu le refus du visa F1 dans le passé peut postuler pour le B2 (tourisme) pour rendre visite à son frère et profiter à visiter les meilleurs endroits dans la ville ou il part puis connaître la culture américaine et la gastronomie du pays si c'est possible quels sont les questions que l'agent va lui poser lors de son entretien et il a déjà voyagé aux Emirats Arabes Unis dans le cadre de son business et visiter aussi les pays voisins.

She is one year old and she is citizen of Canada. Do I have to take her to my USA visa interview if not necessary, do I need to take her documents like her passport and birth certificate.

Please I am an International student in Canada. I applied for us tourist visa in March. And I got a date for February 2026. But last week I received an email that I am qualified for the new date. I change my date to January 2025
However, my study permit expires in February 2025. I can only apply for a postgraduate work permit in January month end. Please should I cancel the date?

Important question,, I'm visiting my wife and our daughters that have been away from me for over 14 years now. My wife filed the I-130 petition for me and was approved but the visa was denied due to some bad records that ive got during my life with my family.
My wife has attempted to visit me in my country but always been something that changed her mind. She wants us together but keeps hesitaning and changing her mind.
Is there any advice on what to say on the interview day ? Is ther any one here been through such a case ?

My & my wife never booked hotels/airline. (What if our visa is denied?) We bring proof of finances, source of income & holding a permanent job at our host country. History of previous travels I guess helps VS you never travel before on neighboring countries yet directly travelling to US which is too far & expensive? (I actually researched for places that we wanted to visit but the officer never ask, so we are just a regular tourist who really like to visit the country) It seems there are countries (i am Asian) where you can easily get US visa while on others you can't even secure an appointment? By the way, don't answer questions not being asked (I was told by the officer) & I actually felt that we got rejected. In the end, we we're both approved by the very nice but strict officer. Haha

They only grant visa to politicians with fat bank acc. Imagine denied visa to a widow to attend her son's graduation,that she has been sponsoring all her life .
