I was wondering if that is African’s only or are there foreigners mixed in that count.
Please specify that over 90% of those who are dead from Covid 19 are from arab countries ( Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia). I study with a few of them here in Europe and they don't identify themselves as Africans. In fact, one of them , from Egypt told me that he is white!
It is great to see our countries closing it's borders and taking precautions. But I really hope the countries with no cases are really testing their people.

The one that death in the Gambia from Coronavirus is from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and the second case that has been confirmed is a french based-Gambian and the first confirm case was also a UK based-Gambian.
