4. Partition of ethnic Azerbaijani territories (Iranian Azerbaijan Provinces and Azerbaijan Republic) during Ruso – Persian wars ending in 1800's, and Armenia being expanded and used as a buffer state to divide this ethnic group.

Turkey just spit in Russia’s face in Syria. So did Israel, Azerbaijan’s good buddy. If Armenia was smart, they’d use this opportunity to get close to Russia.
