Kindly help me with this issue.
When one buys a land in 2024, does the person need to have an indenture and lease agreement separately as the laws in Ghana prohibit Outright sale of land or the indenture and the lease needs to be merged?

Can one apply for land title as land sales are lease.

Lord Templeman ???Ghanaians are still slaves to another country. How can a legal issue in Ghana be decided by a FOREIGNER? how is this even possible in this day and age. The so called are elite are still brainwashed to think they belong or accepted as part of the British System
