Lagos, CCECC sign contract for Red Rail phase 2

The contract for Phase 2 of the Red Rail Line under the Lagos Rail Mass Transit has been signed.

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu said that due to financial constraints, the second phase would stretch from Oyingbo to the National Theatre instead of the Marina as initially planned.
