I love baklava, when I walk into a corner shop I ask for it, I know they don't sell it but it breaks through the cultural barriers and they know I appreciate their origins of food.
Never had anything like this before. I'm intrigued.

U put hot sugar syrup?
Is it salted or unsalted mozeralla cheese??
