What's wrong with Ghanaian referees at all. I just couldn't believe it. A glaring penalty and red card tackle against Hearts of ignored. These are all contributory factors to the downward trend of Ghana's soccer. No wonder our referees are NOT called to officiate in international games and tournaments.
