Thank you! I made this last week and it was one of the best things I have ever cooked. I ended up basically slow-cooking it in the pot for a few hours. Flavors were amazing, meat fell off the bone. I actually served it on top of squash (buttercup squash, the one that is big and round like a Halloween pumpkin, but green on the outside), and it was amazing!
