Kudra mafrooka is a Sudanese blended jute mallow stew.
INGREDIENTS LIST:
Frozen Molokhia (2 x 400g)

1kg lamb (or your choice of red meat)
1 small onion
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cinnamon stick
1 ยฝ tablespoons vegeta
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
