When the test run was done in 2016, it was made public, I recall captain smart giving full details then. Even in this documentary, your journalist speaks about the two components of the financing. WHEN I RETURNED, I WENT TO KOMENDA SUGAR FACTORY WHICH WAS THEN IN THE BUSH AND REALISED WE COULD PRODUCE THE RAW MATERIALS HERE. GIVE LOANS TOBFARMERS TO GET THE RAW MATERIALS.

John Mahama who took the loan for the project but couldn't provide a functioning factory and the money for the project too was gone, has been left out of the issue and Nana Addo is now being blamed.
