  1. Am not surprised ,How come can empty headed old man like this a minister in a whole country. And this zombie was bold enough to tell the youth that our heads are empty coconut head's.hmmm GHANA.

  2. Akakpo, the questions you posed to the ranking member clearly showed your lack of depth on the subject. How can you be quoting what akufo addo had said about the factory as fact? Look how comfortable you are in your chair posing questions to an opposition MP whilst akufo addo and bawumiah have been/ and are cooling off for 8 years. Are you cowards or you folks have been compromised?

When the test run was done in 2016, it was made public, I recall captain smart giving full details then. Even in this documentary, your journalist speaks about the two components of the financing. You should be asking the government why they never pursued the second tranche. You folks let the NPP get away with too much destruction. They have done same to Saglemi and now they want to sell it. If Saglemi was that bad do you think there will be about 7 companies (according to Oppong Nkrumah) putting in bids?

  3. WHERE WERE WE GETTING RAW MATERIALS TO FEED THE FACTORY ? I VISITED THE RWANDA SUGAR FACTORY, AND THEY WERE GROWING SUGARCANE ALONG LAND NEARBY. WHEN I RETURNED, I WENT TO KOMENDA SUGAR FACTORY WHICH WAS THEN IN THE BUSH AND REALISED WE COULD PRODUCE THE RAW MATERIALS HERE. GIVE LOANS TOBFARMERS TO GET THE RAW MATERIALS.

  4. In West Africa our political leaders prefer to import commodities so their families make profit than operationalise factories for import substitution. Political Greed is killing our job creation.

  5. JOY news doing JANDAM and propaganda politics for NPP. How does NDC become part of the problem. They left the NPP/AKUFFO ADDO with a factory that was functioning 8 years ago, now the factory is been left to rot and you are still blaming it partially on NDC? you people are idiots at JOYNEWS, you are sick people

  6. Why don't they go looking for Mahama who started the project? Why couldn't he finish it? Was the factory working when he commissioned it? If the NDC says yes it was working, why are the people blaming Nana Addo according to joynews? Who in his right senses will promise to provide something that is already existing and functioning perfectly? John Mahama who took the loan for the project but couldn't provide a functioning factory and the money for the project too was gone, has been left out of the issue and Nana Addo is now being blamed. Why? And JoyNews is happy that the people are unhappy with Nana Addo because it will turn into votes for their NDC. But since when did Npp win the KEEA seat? It has always been an NDC seat so joynews don't be happy because wether Factory or no Factory they will still vote for NDC. JoyNews nso diee moa ye mo ho se News a eho eni mfasuo nkwaa na mo anigyeho. Your only criteria for picking what you publish or talk about on your platforms is if only whatever it is will put the Government in a bad taste. You guys know what happened with the factory at the time but for the choice you've made as individuals and as a station you'll never say the truth. Mo nkoso saaaa wai! Greedy and self centered journalists, your cups will be full one day.
