So basically don't buy land or property online, do a site visit, check with the land agency/commission. Once everythingbchecks out, then you make your purchase. Got it.

Nappy. Many people know everything about how to buy land but the scammers are very crafty. They break the rules. They have land guards. Some land have no neighbors to give information on the owners. people are being scammed on land permits. They paint red paint on their building to tell them to stop building just so they can scam them out of money. When they go to register the land, The people at the commission want to bribe them and scam them also. Sometimes people have inside help to change names on indentures. This is a problem all over Ghana. Your Government is trying to find ways to stop this.

Also where do I find roommates willing to rent to me in Ghana? And what is the best way to meet women for dating, marriage ect? if online what website? but most important is roommate. I could move in with a nice woman and she take care of me and I will depost 1000 sedis into her bank account every month and at the end of the year she will have 12000 sedis every year in ten years she will have 120,000 sedis in the bank. Ask the women there if they want to make this deal with me. Thanks.

Land selling N buying system in Ghana is bogus and outmoded. How can one land be sold to 2 or 3 people at the same time. Some Real estates agencies, chiefs and individuals are all fraud, till the system is modernized, documented and regulated by the state, buying land in Ghana is a gamble, u may win or loose.
