  1. Their mother, was married legally and through church wedding,i think even if he didn't write a will the wife remained with all assets so they shoul also investigate on grand mothers side of mother, maybe she left something

  2. Imagine the late kijana wamalwa educated the entire family sacrificially….only to find out that Eugene wamalwa will abandon his children…..so sad mr. Eugene. Tabia mwozo wewe

  3. If you Eugene Wamalwa cannot help his brothers kids, for evenly seck who do you expect he can help? This is a guy who got opportunities because of Wamalwa Kijanas name. But he doesn't remember his brothers kids. But given the platform he is full of grate words, this are people who preach wine and drink water , kind of hypocrite full of pretence. This are people who should not be given any leadership position in this country. Bure kabisa

  4. Why couldn't their uncle's mentor them and help the build their brand ,it looks like they are just lacking opportunity teach them to fish and I bet this young man will become the next wamalwa mark this

  5. Imagine your husband passes on then you can't go to the doctor yet he was a vice presidentand you arr seriously ill ,your children go hungryits a pity.

  6. The ball of contention from this story is the house. They all need to meet and come to an agreeable decision on how all of them can benefit. Their laying claim to the family house as theirs while they have steps might be the cause of animosity with the other siblings. Probably that's why the uncle wants the house sold and proceeds divided equally amongst the siblings, then so be it. Lets not be partisan. Everything should be shared equally.

  7. What is the status of this case? Where can we follow this story? Yvonne Nambia was the legal wife and the rest of the children, products of just common law unions i read during his passing. My little knowledge tells me that the rest of the children do no want to sell any property till all and any property bearing Wamalwas name is gathered to. They might have some property but what is really needed is cash they do not have. Probably, projects that need funding or just money in their pockets, i assume. I read a few comments below opening my eye and reminding me that they are not the only children orphaned in Kenya and state funds that were once entittled to them when their civil servant parents were alive, they turn into pension and not a monthly allowance anymore. That they expect to be paid for going back to Australia through govt funding, well, someone needs to explain to these children that that is not going to happen.

  8. Am feeling this is a direct temptation to all kenyans watching. It could be one of the things that will deny us heaven gates if we ignore. Can we take this girl back to school. Lyne give us details of her learning we want blessings.
Does Eugene remember his brother's death created him a vacancy which he did not compain for

  9. This young man is not biological son to the late, wamalwa married Iyvon wjen she already had a son elswhere, the only child to wamalwa is chichi(the daughter), Chichi is entitled to inheritance but the young man should appreciate what life has offered to him and leave the wamalwa family alone.
