  1. Great advice! Do you think that bread and sugar are not normally a part of the West African diet? I see in menus from West African restaurants in metro Atlanta that there seems to be no bread. Instead I see yam, rice, fufu and cassava. Also plantains or puff puff. I guess puff puff is made of wheat like bread. What do you think?

  2. It has been a long time. Anyway I started my weight journey last year. I was 94kg and now I’m around 78gh. I still want to lose down to 70kg.😂I was outside Ghana and it was easy for me to do it. But in Ghana it’s very difficult to be on diet because vegetables and fruits are expensive. So I want you to help me know what I can eat and still lose the rest of my weight 😄
    Anyway I eat once a day and exercise two times a day.5days in a week. Hope to hear from you. Thank you 🙏

  3. Welcome back!! I found your channel while you were on hiatus but still subscribed cause I hoped you'd come back. I'm overjoyed to see you back! Your knowledge is truly needed.
    I personally wish I could lose 10kg over the next year. My main difficulty is keeping my food intake reasonable while working out. For some reason, when I regularly work out, I tend to eat more and gain weight… thank you for your help.
