Can you have it all (family, career, money, kids) ?
I appreciate their honesty and I pray that they both take the necessary actions for their own mental wellbeing. ❤
This man and his wife are normal human beings and on top of that – they're famous, particularly in our community.
Marriage, work, life, being a parent etc. is hard, and he wanted y'all to know he deals with the every day struggles just like we all do. It's not all fun and games for them either. We all go through ups and downs, and right now he's being vulnerable and showing is his low. I applaud him acknowledging publicly that he's struggling right now. He's a normal human being experiencing life.

I think it’s time for them to take a break from the public eye for about a year or two. They need to figure out how to scale back on the outgoing $$$, wrap everything up work wise by November 2025 and focus on their family and each other. Work and money will be there afterwards.

I’m an avid listener to their podcast and they just put out an episode discussing “burn out”! So I think they have in some way taken a lot of things off their plate to kind of slow down for each other and their family!
He had a moment. It seems in that moment the reality of life hit him like a ton of bricks.
As a 25 year old married person, their marriage is solid. But he is being transparent in saying it's hard "to have it all" and he is being open about how much energy his lifestyle requires. Their blacklove is not toxic. He loves his wife and kids. Every wife, Every husband have challenges juggling personal life with work.
I think the Ellises set themselves up as couple goals and all the things the public want them to be. Now the burden to be perfect and successful is too much and they’re cracking. I hope the can find balance soon.
No. It is not showing divorce. They will be alright 🙏🏿 1st step is acknowledging what’s wrong and he is doing that. Pray for them. Life is not easy. Lord help us .

Comment about something you said early on: Their brand is growing. They still need to promote just like Denzel promotes. The podcast was rebranded & Khadeen is starring in a new show. They are SM famous but most of the entertainment world doesn’t know them. Devale has a vision to be as big as Will Smith. He’s gonna promote forever to get there
Ppl keep trying to uphold patriarchal values….use all that money your making and pay for services and assistance and take vacations….lower your expenses…ppl are killing themselves to keep up an image…..cut out some stuff and take a break…life is what you make it….you do not have to suffer especially when you are someone with means….get a therapist and change your mindset….pleaseee yall are hurting yall selvesss in the long run…..yolo…change somethinggggggg

That " I miss myself" is so relatable. I swear, fame and pedestalizing your relationship and parenting journey are to be dodged. People need PRIVACY and space to be themselves.
As a parent in a two-parent household, I am genuinely AMAZED every day that my mother did not run away from me. I look at a lot of influencer parents and wonder how on earth are they surviving, because even if you hire people, you can't really outsource the growing of your kids… Maybe grandparents and au-pairs can make a difference? You just have to go more slowly I think. I find it's really impossible to grow these children well, take care of yourself, take care of your spouse's mental and physical needs, and keep killing it at work. Must just choose the priorities.
I think scaling down would benefit them. The huge house, cars, and “lifestyle” gets too heavy.
