  1. Khabib isn't wrong though; pro athletes are not normal people and ngl are usually a bit fucked in the head

It's almost impossible to become world class in something and not be broken in some way, which is usually emotionally; especially after you retire

  2. Please don’t make the mistake I did –

Even though athletes are APPARENTLY NOT normal people (according to Khabib), I want everyone to read this and never do what I did. Back in high school, I decided to start standing around and look cool. If beef had to be dealt with, it was dealt with. After high school, I decided to just sit and play video games. I used to be very capable or (normal) capable, in terms of

    – walking
    – jogging
    – running
    – lightly or intensely working out
    – lifting weights
    – stretching
    – different movements
    – just about anything

But I took relaxing to a whole new level, from the age of 19 till now, 31.
I really completely stopped being active around 24.

I can swear by Allah I regret my life in that aspect

    Do whatever

    But

    – don’t stop being active
    – if you masturbate then stop
    – if you watch porn, stop
    – if you smoke cigarettes, weed, do other drugs and drink, stop

    – My legs hurt if I walk now
    – I can feel heart pain (left side between my arm and chest)
    – I’ve had medical tests done, they come out normal Alhamdulillah (all praises due to Allah ) but still, every now and then I’m in pain

Just please stay active and don’t stop

    – Find days to relax, for example, weekends only

    – before weights, always do cardio till you at least feel a bit warm and then stretch each limb for 15-30 seconds and start counting the stretch when you actually feel the stretch. Stretch those limbs as far as possible. When it comes to legs, women should be careful and I think u know why. Stuff like splits.

    – get lean like David Goggins. Not bulky

    – chubby women are good n all. Not fat though. As a matter of fact, I prefer chubby women. But at least do some cardio and stretch for your own health (i.e blood circulation and flexible limbs)

When you get close to 30, your body changes and you feel it

    Please be active
    Please

Please don’t make the mistake I did

Allah has allowed me to run up the 15 floors twice (so 30 floors) and stretch, 3-4 times a week. In the recent weeks, I got lazy again

Please make duaa (pray) for my health and well-being

    Assalaamualaikum to all believers

And I pray Allah guides everyone in every way

  3. I feel like the people laughing in the background don't understand at all why Khabib doesn't want his son to be a pro fighter … he's not joking at all.

  4. I like that he wants his son to be a normal person… His own dad must've pushed him a lot and Khabib worked his ass off to make his dad's dreams come through and probably to make money to take care of his family. Now his children can live normal lives without much struggle or suffering because of the sacrifices he made.

  5. He is right ❤ ufc fighters are psychopaths they destroy their whole life for looking bloody and interesting in the end they endup earning less than 2 million and lot's of brain damage

  6. I believe that no one working diligently in a professional field, even as a doctor or engineer, would ever encourage their son to pursue the same path. The responsibilities are immense, the risks are significant, and the demands are constant, often requiring 24/7 dedication. For your son, your primary concern would be his happiness. While hard work is certainly important, you wouldn’t want him to make the ultimate sacrifice for a career. After all, what does it truly mean to sacrifice everything for a career? However, if someone is determined to pursue a career, it’s unlikely that their parents would be the ones to prevent them.

  7. Why would you not want to raise your child with the same upbringing that you had? Hard times build strong men. Strong men build good time. Good time makes weak men. Weak men make hard times.
