  1. If this festus keyamo not foolish, a bagages that pass through mechines will still be inspected, look festus keyamo corruption will kill you because you put those people there., coming to deny he don't know how those come in there.

  2. Festus Keyamo is on the verge of making history in the Aviation, the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, addressed several pressing issues affecting Nigeria's aviation sector. Keyamo highlighted the persistent problems of flight cancellations, delays, and high-ticket prices, attributing these challenges to the insufficient number of aircraft available to Nigerian airline operator. He emphasized the government's efforts to empower local airlines to collaborate with foreign aircraft manufacturers, aiming to increase the fleet size and reduce operational costs.

Keyamo also defended his decision to approve a private airstrip amid allegations of preferential treatment. He stressed the importance of fairness and adherence to legal processes, noting that similar approvals have been granted across the country. He assured the public that stringent security measures are in place for private airstrips, ensuring that no private aircraft can depart directly to international destinations without thorough checks at designated airports.

Furthermore, Keyamo discussed the legal reforms being undertaken to enhance Nigeria's aviation sector. He mentioned the signing of the Cape Town Convention, which significantly improved Nigeria's aviation rating and is expected to attract more aircraft to the country. These reforms are part of the broader strategy to make the aviation sector more competitive and efficient.

Overall, Keyamo's interview provided a comprehensive overview of the challenges and ongoing efforts to improve Nigeria's aviation industry, addressing both operational and regulatory aspects.

your dedication is truly commendable, and we extend our best wishes for your continued success.

  3. Shameful beggars at the airport even in the toilet! Will they hear, Ndi Ara! Custom, immigration, airport security, cleaners, etc . all of them are culprits!
No other place in the world people extort money in the airport than in Nigeria! Multiple searching here and there! Corruption every where! Am not a fan of the minister but I commend him in his effort to clean our airports of corruption

  4. It's one of the most SICKENING experiences in Nigeria's airport, it needs to stop because those practices bring shame onto the country.

    Foolish beggy, beggy nonsense.

First, don't tell people they can travel into the country with a Nigerian passport that has expired, if they can't travel out with the same passport, especially if the country they are traveling to won't need to check it (for those with more than one passport).

There needs to be a line of reporting, get some sort of identifiable data about the airport staff because they will prevent you from getting on your plane if you don't grease their palm. The anger it invokes, is one of great proportion.

  5. Please Oji kindly ask the Honourable Minister about the Relocation of some units or departments from Nigerian College of Aviation Technology NCAT Zaria.

Our NGO commended him about the statement he about the conducive environment of the college, but there strong rumours that he wants to relocate some units outside the place he recently commended well.

  6. Dirty Linen!!! Dirty Linen are being washed daily in our Nigeria Airports, et al.,…But if you must eradicate/reduce these agencies corruption/shame/disgrace, speak to your Bigger Boss and those in-charge of awarding commensurate income/pay for the services rendered by these numerous agencies…Take care of Nigeria Government workers before you give it all to the politicians! These different agencies and the security forces deserve to earn pay/income commensurate to their different services!!!

  7. Festus kayemo is doing extremely well but will appreciate if trolleys are free , how can airport staff market their trolleys and make the airport trolleys hidden from view

  8. Failed nation Nigeria 😂😂😂😂 nothing can ever be good there. No common electricity. Only country that mix up terrorist into their military and police. Every departments in their airport are criminals and shameless beggers. Useless country that leading by old fool that still sucking breast of young France president to just lend them money as usual

  9. Thank you Keyamo, you truly made sense and I hope these measures are attainable. My only worry is that these other agents in the airport may also start pulling people out for private extortion. You spoke well Mr Minister👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽….that air is a huge embarrassment.

  10. Do you know that because of my Nigeria soup ingredients I bought for my personal use,i was held up at airport that i should give some thing otherwise I can't be allowed,i had to pay cash to d people before I csm be allow to go for personal soup ingredients at lagos airport,. And whereas this is nothing nor taxable in d country I'm going to. Nigeria wr hail thee. However kudos to Festus making these good moves to sanitize d airport because of d disgrace to these Agberoism that has been absolute disgrace to Nigeria as a country.

  11. Thank you Mr Kayamo for speaking the truth from your mouth 👏🏼 all they are after is just money from people. Shame on them all because of money asking people what have you get for us. Shameless people fooling their country Nigeria 🇳🇬.

  12. The most annoying part of the airport extortion saga, are those thieves at the departure hall entrance where baggage are scanned. They demand money in order to allow a family member seeing you off to go in with you. Shame to The Nigeria airport security personnel. I got the express permission now from Keyamo to report your to the standby journalist

  13. The best line i picked from the ministers comment is that, once a bag has passed through a machine and the machine didn't dictate any thing in the bag, there is no way a human hands could dictate what the machine couldn't " and this is the pure truth.

  14. Another issue is turning family members that want to see you off back, not to enter inside the airport with you. Who does that? While all airports around the world encourages access to everyone. The police officers at the door will be asking for money to allow these family members into the airport hall
