  1. Every diet plan or whatever they are called, will have negative issues to the body and that includes ketogenic diet.
This diet is usually monitored closely under medical supervision for individuals needing to rectify certain medical problems, for short term consumption.

  2. Keto was the best thing ever happened to me. I slipped in pregnancy otherwise I would have continued it longer. Really like your informative shorts and videos it gives me still strength to choose better food options 🙏😄

  3. Don't eat ketogenic processed foods: shows a burger with bun. Eat natural healthy keto foods: shows pineapples and pomegranate.

  4. Healthy Ketogenic diets can be used as treatments to reverse severe cases of Diabetes or stubborn weight. But in the long term, we need to find the diet with the least carbs and processed food that's the most sustainable for us.

  6. @DrPal Hey, I have a video suggestion. I have both PCOS and thyroid. The only solution my doctor says is to loose weight. I workout but only that is not helping much. Please can you make a diet video for my condition. I have seen many videos, some say don't eat sugar, eat protein, then others say don't eat dairy …..but paneer is good source of protein but it dairy ……others say cut out carbs because it produces glucose and so also cut out fruits ……as reducing glucose will help with PCOS as in this condition cells become insulin resistant. But our daily India diet comprises of carbs like Dal, chawal and roti. Then there are some who say thyroid patients should not eat soy products like Tofu, cabbage, cauliflower brocolli, spinach, etc……now that reduces the vegetable spectrum also and neither paneer or Tofu. I'm soooo confused what to eat and what not! Please help!
