2 cups of fine or medium semolina
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 cup of water

I admire your channel, and how u present algerian food..I'm not algerian but I've been cooking algerian food for over 20 yrs now and I love it..kesra is a must for me 😁 could I recommend u use an electric crepe maker..it gives the effect of a hot plate used in algeria Cox it hard to get them here in Europe and its also great for mbardj…personally I use the breville one I ordered from amazon…keep up the good work..🇩🇿🇩🇿
