  1. Well done to the Youth of KENYA. You have DEFINED ONE WORD – UNITY. Thank you for being so COURAGEOUS. We are proud of you children. You have taken a Government down. This is huge in the Spiritual Realm. The Bible says that the Youth will take over, even babies cos the elders have deceived us. I'm praying for you children to EXCELL in this WAR. YOUR ACTIONS PROVED TO THE WORLD THAT WE THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER. I PRAY IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME THAT THE REST OF THE YOUTHS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD GETS THIS MESSAGE. LET US TAKE BACK WHAT THE DEVIL STOLE FROM US. I'm so OVERWHELMED.

  2. Ecology is a system! Because the Chinese government has destroyed a large amount of urban forest area and emitted excessive carbon dioxide! Causing frequent extreme weather disasters in China! The flood disaster was actually caused by the Chinese government itself! This is the consequence of disrupting ecological balance!

  3. WE'RE UNDER ECONOMICAL & POLITICAL OPPRESSION EVIDENTLY STILL HARD PRESSED IN NORTH AFRICA since the slave trade and colonisation era.Why is East and west pumping debt into the coffers of regimes; TRYING TO HOLD OUR CONTINENT AT RANSOM 😢😢AVOIDING REPARATIONS ???

Africa is a beautiful continent, rich and powerful with mineral resources, but always in the wrong hands of foolish leader's,foolish leaders hence once elected they forget their people and starts stealing, corrupted mind for their own benefits,as for me am done voting for these culprits its like they come from same umbilical cord

  5. Amazing..how social media can being this unity!! Maybe..Big Brother China will forgive some of the huge debt trap. The corrupt politicians shld ask China for a break instead of imposing this huge burden on tax payers.

  6. China is the biggest external lender to Kenya accounting for 67 per cent of total external debt, mainly infrastructure financing.

chinese debt trap + corrupt gov't = rip ordinary citizens

  7. Not TikTok showing me their ads 😅 when it just might be in talks to ban it in Kenya. In other words, this Kenyan protest translates that governments in Africa are financially irresponsible and corrupt. They go about looking for ways to make it more and more unbearable for citizens.

  8. But BBC why are you perpetually understating the issue??/ Why are you so corrupt?? The issue is not the raising of taxes, the issue is raising taxes, while delivering no services and contributing to the significant graft led by William Ruto while he and his cronnies flaunt their ill-gotten wealth that is financed by hardworking Kenyans.

Why BBC are you hiding this???? Always. You did it in 2007, where you misguided the public on what was actually happening in Kenya and now you are doing again. Why is the BBC SO CORRUPT??? If the BBC is corrupt why does it exist???

  9. Neo-colonialism in Africa

US prints trillions of dollars, while IMF tells Kenya to raise tax

The new finance bill imposes, for example, 16% sales tax on bread & 25% sales tax on cooking oil.

  12. The main reason why we are angry is that this government is making life unbearable for us,lack of jobs, high taxation on basic commodities including pads, dippers and bread and many more.we are suffering.

  13. The person they refer to as the African correspondent is definitely failing at her job, we understand the importance of of taxes and we understand the situation that we’re in, we are against overtaxation by a corrupt regime, poor governance and budgeted corruption. @barbara please do better at your job

  14. Nobody begged him to become president. If he thinks he cannot run the government without making life difficult for the people, the Kenyan president should resign.
