Kenyans came to my rescue when I was at my lowest | Tuko TV

When Penina Bahati’s story hit headlines in 2020, she was at her wits end with nothing to feed her kids.
The widow was captured boiling stones for the kids who were starving at the moment.
Today Tuko has caught up with her to just hear what led her to do this and how life has been since that time.

  1. Penina,.I like her way of seeng life. The way she has such a strong faith. She rescue all the good and even the good in the bad. How she tries to relay a message that she is not complaining of her past situation but gratefull for the good that has come and even remarks " we dont question God on His decisions" Her way of " I dont want to be lazy…" People with better life's at a bad befalling would complain, cry out loud, go into a deep depression out of desperation and frustration. I think we learn a lot through her.

  2. When you watch Tuko a lot you develop a fear of Kenyan men because the stories are horrific! Then you watch the follow ups and marvel at how warm, thoughtful and caring Kenyans are.. God bless you, may His face continue to shine upon you, may He heal your land and bless the works of your hands.. love from SA❤
