Mr Ruto is actually a hustler, a Minimalist by mature. You should give him a credit for actually allowing such expenditures criticism. That's a healthy criticism. However, you need to understand that most of African rulers have double luxury Jets , they use them on the expense of their stricken poverty nations, still they don't get criticism as all. That's just a double standards, and you should let Me Ruto do what he thinks is in his administration interests. At least he is not not flying that luxury jet to go to eat a lunch in Paris, or spend time meeting with his best friends around the world, visiting his kids, going on shopping spree in NY a city, or Milan, or simply going to watch. His favorite soccer team in Europe , or meeting some of his business partner with a presidential suit!
At least in Kenya he will answer to his people, if they don't like the results of the job he was elected to do, they will vote him out. He knows that, Kenyans know that. Contrary to other African countries, where a president does as he/ she pleases, no accountability or anything. They can stay in power forever, just for themselves and their families. The rest will use public resources to advance their personal agenda , while using state resources to keep them in power as long as they see it fit!
