Kenya: Locals miss out on benefits from archaeological sites
It’s still the most complete early human skeleton ever found.
But 30 years after archaeologists unearthed the ‘Turkana boy’ fossil in northern Kenya, the people who live near the site are yet to benefit from the discovery.

It is a great idea to market this super important West Rudolf site with educational low impact tourist destinations- I think it would be very lucrative
While the fossil can be related to us, it is impossible for that fossil to be our ancestor as the child died too young.
