Where on earth do you watch these races???
I think Geoffrey Kamwaror move now directly to the Marathon, not to many things.
Incase you didn't know Brandon the England Athletics national XC champs that were due to be held last month (Saturday 24th February 2024) at weston park Shropshire were postponed due to severe flooding of the car park. They've been rescheduled for mid September 2024. It's a great event that I've ran at Parliament Hill and Alton towers in the past that sees club runners and pro English athletes compete in the same race.
Looking forward to your New York ½Marathon coverage/highlights video this coming weekend 😀 come on Kenenesia 🇪🇹
It's not thousands of meters. It's only 1,500m. So its medium, not high altitude.
If you say you are a specialist in world championship… It's strange that you Don't know Sawe, the world half marathon Champion. He is the winner of this cross country. His name is Sebastian Sawe.
Sabastian Sawe 28.38.3
Samwel Chebolei 28.38.9
Gideon Rono 28.41.9
Geoffrey Kamworor 28.43
Benson Kiplangat 28.48
Ishmael Kipkirui 28.53
hahahaha the coverage not having a distance tracker nor timer leave it to us Kenyans 🤣🤣👌🏿
They sprinted out of the blocks to get away from the WADA vampires. No doubt, all but 2/3 of those taking part were doped to the gills.
The place is pronounced 'roo·i·roo' (Ru-I-Ru), and there are also some Kenyans who find it challenging to pronounce correctly. By the way, excellent commentary and video upload!
Geoffrey Kamworor seemed to have a strong race, finishing within a few seconds of the winner. He may be lacking a bit of finishing speed, as he's in the middle of training for the longer distance of the marathon. He looked very good, I think.
Awsome video!
Leave it to The Runner to express interest in finishing times – and even splits! – in a cross-country race.
Where was Bekele?
Only race you’ll find a Kenyan last
