It is not a legal and it is not invalid. Ok, I agree, however, I would like to see the exact same reaction from Haiti when the Western Nations want to send colonial troops or police in their country. And secondly, when the United States invaded Haiti, why Kenya was not able to send troops to defend Haiti the same way that they were trying to send police forces on Haitian soil?
