i don't understand how a marathon record holder is allowed to drive himself and with no bodyguard. I thought such national and international sports treasures have tight security all the time, and should not do things that might expose them injuries like driving late at night

This is so extremely sad! Our hearts go out to the families, R.I.P. Kelvin Kiptum and coach. Also, this should be really properly investicated what the reason is Kelvin Kiptum lost control over his car, as told, was there something wrong with the car, was something wrong with him or was there something else involved? What is the autopsy saying? Nobody drives himselves together with others to death when there is nothing happening on the road or with the car. Lady Kosgei remained alive as the third person in the car, may she recover well and maybe she can shed some brighter light on this tragic matter?
