  1. 5mins… lol Eating a lot today and starving tomorrow is like filling your car tank today for today and tomorrow. Your body only requires a certain amount of food substances within a specific time frame. Excess food substances are stored for future use, which is the main cause of overweight being associated with people who eat a lot. So, for example, your body requires a certain amount of Carbohydrates a day, excess Carbo is converted to glycogen and stored in the liver, and when it's too much, it's stored in other forms in other parts of the body. When u are starving, excess glycogen in the liver is converted back to glucose/carbo by a hormone called glucagon through a process called gluconeogenesis or glycolysis (whatever it is lol). So eating plenty today to starve tomorrow to me is cos 90. One way I regulate my weight without working out: only eat when I am hungry and never eat till my stomach is full. Your Basal metabolic rate drops as you grow so reduce your food intake or increase your workout. Let me give u one of my secrets, sugar/glucose is addictive; when I start eating plenty at a sitting, I feel hungry quickly. I will eat more fruits/vegetables/organic in large quantities than eating more carbo and protein when I start making more money. As you grow, you don't need more protein in your diet.

  2. What she is saying is true. I have been slim since childhood. You can eat whatever you want but in bits. The trick is to eat every hour or two and eat in bits and eat healthy fruits before eating breakfast. Plus, breakfast is the most important meal.

  3. Our bodies are different. We have different metabolism rates and genetics. Learn how your body responds to things and stay healthy. Eat good food, vegetables and fruits. Exercise and drink plenty of water. No one has the best answer for being healthy. All the suggestions are great but it depends on you. At the end of the day, it’s your body!! Great advice btw!! 😍😍😘😘

  4. Do not eat 5 meals a day. That leaves you insulin at stay level, and the body does not break down fat in the presence of insulin. 2 two meals its call intermittent fasting
