  1. Since when did maintaining natural hair become soo costly? Thanks to social media shenanigans.. Mehn! In the past all you needed was soap( same soap used for bathing) and water and hair pomade and you are good to go

  2. When would you start talking about real issues Ms J? You have the opportunity to use your platform to make a real difference in peoples life. Over eighty percent of Ghanaian women live in difficult circumstances please use your platform to advance issues around poverty, women and children. I think most people see your gift. Your gift is, I believe, around championing the issues of the dispossessed. That's when you are in your element.

  3. Dumas I suggest you don't get tired of the natural hair that's the real you…. Forget about all that expensive oils and use only Shea butter or Cantu products it would make your hair soft and good. You can watch cultures of fusion for more hair softenen ideas. Keep it real dear sis. Your are a diamond

  4. Very interesting but what salon is she going to to do her hair? Is it in Ghana? All the things they were mentioning are nice, but not necessary. As a girl with natural hair, I don't even like going to salons in Ghana because they don't know how to handle it themselves. When you learn more and more about your natural hair you learn what you need and don't need and I highly doubt that we actually need to spend 6 hours in a salon no matter how "nappy" you hair is. Also, what is the point of taking on the title of being "natural" if you will always just wear a wig to cover it up? It cant be your brand if you are not fully embracing it, because then you are not truly about it, it sounds more like a trend for the person.

  5. Nobody said going natural is meant to reduce time spent at the salon. Also, I am suspecting your hair stylist… 😂. Going natural is a way of life, it has it perks as well as its shortfalls. You just have to accept it all and keep going… great show again! 😊

  6. The natural hair crazy wasn't meant to be easy or safe time. It is meant to send a message to the so called beauty industry, and also to show the world we love and appreciate ourselves.
