Sugar is one of the strongest “drugs” and can get consumers really hooked. Food giants know this only too well. That’s why they use sugar, fats and flavor…

  1. 0:41 yet you still 'chose' to be who you have been. We always trying to find the causes from outside when it is really from within.

And the reality of losing weight is not different, it's your mindset, thats the difference

  2. But selling addictive, low quality food is really good for the economy. Low-cost, high-margin food is produced at scale using borderline industrial-grade and easily oxidizing oil, concentrated sugar, and chemical additives to make it smell and taste like real food, THEN people develop health conditions that are caused by the low quality components and are worsened by the developed comorbidity of obesity, double-boon for the privatized health insurance and healthcare systems, and the cherry on top is the rise of diabetes which we all know REQUIRES the intake of incredibly high margin insulin. Oh and while we are at it, since all of that "food" has other additives like excess salt+fat, sugar and other additives like MSG, the brain has a new norm for excitement leading to depression, now go sign up for a psychiatrist and get on those anti-depressants! Seriously though, what is the difference between lobbying and corruption?

  3. Most illnesses and deaths can be avoided by eliminating hazardous and unhealthy foods and dangerous for health additives on the Governments level. Just add new laws, control food industry!

  4. Sounds like the food factory forces you to take that much, but in fact, it is a kind of greedy thing growing in modern society, blame yourself, not others, you are what you eat.

  5. I am SO proud of my parents for cooking ACTUAL food for me during my childhood. It gave me both a good body and the energy to do high endurance activities. It also gave me the freedom to enjoy sugary snacks and other treats from time to time without fearing for my health

  6. Why don't the state regulate this capitalistic system???

By the way, Nestlé made a statement that they saw their sales decline with the rise of Ozempic. So they said they will be shifting their marketing
So indirectly they admit they make their food addictive and highly palatable plus probably lobby for politicians to not protect the public and let this junk at available prices
Ozempic not only that makes you feel full easier both in the stomach and in the brain, but it does something to addiction pathways as well. The result is seen not only with sugar, but with alcohol consumption as well. So I can't wait this drug to be everywhere and cheap

  7. That it makes me know thanks fatty I love it and you are so very sweet and sour for sharing with me that I am so very happy for your friendship I love your friendship and I’m glad

  8. Doesn't help that Coca Cola is pumping all the drinking water out of the water table especially in poor countries, forcing people to buy sugary drinks as they are easier to access as they no longer have access to clean drinking water.

  9. Must suck to eat junk food that's bad for you and tastes like dogfood still (nutella? Really? More like insipid-nut). At least in the US you get interdimensional taste for your clogged arteries.

  10. Most of my life I struggled with smoking! I smoked as a child and I guess I was about 10 when I first started. I no longer smoke,But often I would get abused or lectured by complete strangers in the street regarding having a cigarette. These people always had one thing in common.
They were always very over weight people. I have a very close friend who was always at me to stop smoking,It was to the point of an obsession regarding my habit. He would even talk to his doctor or watch documentaries about smoking and then relay the information to me as if I was not aware of this information!!!
Yet he Weighed about 120kg and ate like a horse ,but could not see that processed food or over eating is just as bad as smoking! They will both kill you. Interesting enough I recently watched a documentary on junk food and processed food in which it pointed out that many of the tobacco companies have large investments now in the food or junk food industry. I've never had a weight problem, not because of smoking, its just my nature not to eat much food and I exercise every day , but I can see that the tobacco industry and junk food industry are very similar indeed

  11. Meanwhile, the liberal establishment is pushing for "Fat Acceptance"… Putting obese women on the cover of magazines, proclaiming "This is Healthy!"

  12. Very simple video which doesnt tell much about one of the most (maybe nr 1) problem in the world. Obisity is not the main problem, but its what sugar, and starches do to your body. Simply its just killing You. Diabites. We dont need to forbid to eat this shitfood, but educate, educate and educate what it does to yor body. Make people smarter that good food is the most important thing in your life. Nothing els is more important. Then other things will come. And then we will make the NESTLE (300BILLION) company go bankrupt or change its idealogy. Also in this video they told that fat is bad. Fat is number one food for your body. Only there is 3 types of fat. Transfat will kill you slowly. Other 2 types will make you happy. Also in video they showed bad and good food. Bread (full of starches) and puffed rice bread are terrible choice. It makes blood sugar spikes jump like pure sugar.
