  1. I've observed young Chinese players in my area, and its always natural for them to mention an injury when they get a one-sided beat done like this. They get so frustrated when you overpower them that because they train so much but they still lose

  2. What sets Carlos apart from nearly every other player is his elite footwork. The guy always gets his feet into the right position to explode into that exceptional inside forehand, and drops bombs on his opponents. Honestly a cheat code.

  3. The AO tennis coverage on Channel 9 Australia is rubbish. The program page never matches what is being seen on their channels. The AO organisation made a big mistake awarding the rights to a bunch of amateurs.

  4. Shang gave it all he could but the leg injury did him in. Alcaraz is really good for tennis… I'm always been a fan, It's a little different with him because he gets coached so much. I like to see him mature like Federer, Nadal and Djokovic did and learn how to win matches on his own without his team whispered in his ear the whole match… But I guess that's just Tennis these days.

  5. Just looking at his body, Shang needs to gain a lot of muscle mass. As a shorter player, he simply doesn’t have the swing speed like a Medvedev to generate the power to be a consistent Top10 player, so will need to get it through muscle.

Obviously, Shang has the striking ability and athleticism to become a top-notch player, but to be a consistent one, he needs more to his game..
