the question is who eats the money which is collected from Ugandans on a daily coz another major activity for government of late is to arrest people and throw them in jail.
The trick is, most people are not given receipts .
Why don’t they just send back money where it came from for a refund or take this information on original payment , the more u make a big process the more u will keep people’s money
