SO WHERE IS THE IMPARTIALITY OF OUR JUDICIARY AND SOME JUDGES FROM BEING TRANSPARENT IN DISCHARGING THEIR LINE OF DUTIES, THE CHIEF JUSTICE AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ARE ALL PUBLIC SERVANTS TO THE STATE EVEN THOUGH APPOINTED BY THE PRESIDENT OF A POLITICAL PARTY BUT THEIR DUTIES ARE MEANT TO SERVE THE EVERY CITIZEN OF THE LAND AND NOT FOR ANY POLITICAL PARTY BECAUSE THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE OF WHAT WE ARE EXPERIENCING TODAY
CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME
Just weak and corrupt among themselves.
It is all hearsay and words of empty promises.
How does one expect to succeed in an environment riddled with bribery?
Ghana is lost.
Eradicate Corruption in Judiciary = There's corruption in the Judiciary!
Empty talks, no be Ghana we dey, where is Richard sky's case now??
Bunch of Ghanas problems. Chief injustice.
The Chief Justice should justify why case any case should take more than 3 months to adjudicate in the country? Does she also realize that delays in adjudicating cases by the judiciary affect investor confidence in investing in the country? How many people will invest their hard earned dollars in an economy where they cannot get justice for seven years or more? This issue should have been brought up during the parliamentary approval hearing, and what her plans are to eliminate this decades old tradition. In my opinion, as part of annual performance review, Judges and magistrates who spend more than 3 months on a case be reprimanded by denying them pay raises and promotions. Additionally, repeated such under performance should lead to expulsion.
