  1. Ok i just cried my eyes out. Man, as someone who has the most serious pain disorder in the world and living my life bedridden. Waking up everyday and grasping for any gratitude I can to get through the say, I also say in my darkest moments "remember that someone in the world right now would gladly take the nightmare life you are living" reminds me so much of what he said. When you have been through so much, even losing a child the way he did, he can still find gratitude in the fact that he believes they will be together one day when he dies. It reminds me of a famous Alan Watts quote that keeps me going, "we must not suffer from our suffering". Stay healthy folks, and grab a piece of gratitude everyday and let that get you through the day. Who knows what the next day will bring.

  2. Once again Francis is an absolute inspiration, a rare time I have anything negative to say about Joe but man you got to work on your transitions. He should have at least had one more topic before Francis left to kind of ease it out. But who am I to say anything about Joe he's the man I just thought that was kind of a rushed ending.

  3. from the serial " humble friendly monsters" a big man with a big heart and with extraordinary accomplishments.

Francis Ngannou. 🙂 I saw his fight against Tyson Fury with others and we all thought that francis has won

  5. Josephine Garis Cochran, the inventor of the dishwasher.

Josephine Cochran invented the first practical dishwasher and formed the Garis-Cochran Dish-Washing Company to manufacture and market it.

Cochran was born in Ohio. After moving to Illinois, Cochran set out to design a washing device after commonly finding plateware chipped from hand washing.

  6. Funny how they took out Kobe because he was planning to start his own WMBA league. Now that Francis is doing something similar with MMA, plus named his son Kobe, I wouldnt be surprized if they took out his son on purpose. I'm actually a bit worried they might take him out in the near future due to his vision!!!

  7. What are the chances of his enemy took out Francis son? Just like his fight agains AJ, the story sounds very fishy!!! Since they knew he don't do therapy, they wanted to traumatize him for life…

  8. Francis, I hope you don't fight Jons. That's like Izzy fighting Usman. It makes no sense!! Plus Dana will tell Jons to end your career by injuring your legs. So don't do it.

  9. I think the boxing mafia used a high tech radioactive devise to drain his energy so he can lose. I don't think it was his diet nor training that made him lose his energy against AJ.

  10. Francis was for sure cheated. The person who fought AJ was not the same person that fought AJ. Only history will tell the truth. Boxing mafia needs to get dismantelled along with the deep state…

  11. I have a 18 month old daughter, I cried all the way home and haven’t let her out of my arms. Thank you for sharing your story and my brother I’m so sorry for your loss. ❤ RIP Coby

  12. Tyson Fury is not an all-time great. He’s above average at best. Holmes, Lewis, Tyson, Ali, Tyson, Foreman, Holyfield all beat him. Props to Ngannou for stepping in the ring.

  13. That’s why boxing is so hazardous, you can get KO’ed several times, have concussions and you wouldn’t even know it til afterwards.

At least with the UFC it’s a one & done.

  14. Wow Francis, I always admired you. After hearing your story, I’m your number one fan!!!!! I’m so sorry for your loss, I can’t even imagine the pain you go through every single day. Stay strong, we love you! RIP little Koby 🕊️ 💔

  15. Wow Francis, I always admired you. After hearing your story, I’m your number one fan!!!!! I’m so sorry for your loss, I can’t even imagine the pain you go through every single day. Stay strong, we love you! RIP little Koby 🕊️ 💔

  16. Oh My Goodness! Not Going To Lie, BUT the Last 20–30 Minutes Was EXTREMELY Powerful & Moving! I honestly Cannot remember the last time I had SO many Tears roll down my face!!

  17. ne reste pas en Afrique Francis. La magie noire a eu ton fils car elle ne t'a pas eu mais il y a surement des gens qui sont jaloux et te veulent du mal. Va chez les blancs où le marabout n'a aucun pouvoir.

  18. I don't have kids, even thought that Francis won't talk about his son since he is stil dealing with it. And when he was finishing up taking about his sons toys, I was crying. I can't even imagine his pain, and still it ls hardo to hear what he is going through.
