Why does South Africa not have a Public Sexual Offenders registry? All sexual offenders and child abusers should be mandated to register when they move into an area so that any member of the public can look up the information. If the offender doesn't register their address, it's immediately back to jail before they even have the chance to commit their next crime.
The UK has Sarah's Law named after the young child Sarah who was kidnapped and murdered and America has Megan's Law named after the young victim Megan who was also assaulted and murdered. We had our own case a few years ago where the missing child was found weeks later but was being kept next door by the neighbor all along but their life had already been destroyed by then. When is south african law going to catch up and stop the assault on children? We deserve to know who is living in our communities and who is a risk to our children.

Sadly most children from that area that vanish are never found or buried! It is time to get honest with ourselves as South Africans and demand more from one another and most importantly from the Government⌠being soft on crime against children has got to stop!

The more we give comment, we put her life more in danger. As to her close Family. SAPS people is not stupid. For now, we as a Nation is Praying for her.
