I love Nigerian food but this dish looks amazing .
You people miss to said one ingredient of this recipe which kind of video is ? If u don't complete the Information
I am saddened by the fact that you had your gloves on through out. I know sometimes you have to wear gloves especially when dealing with hot pepper etc. However, as long as your hands are clean (which they are), there is no reason to have your gloves on through out the cooking process. We don''t do that in Gambia or Africa. We must never sacrifice our cultural heritage for anyone. Either people accept our culture and tradition as is or move on. They don't even do that in their own cultures. Other than the glove issue, the benachin looks nice.
Nice recipe. I wish you showed more how you made the veggies on the side, and the green okra side. I'll be trying this
Not heard of shrimp 🍤 powder in 🇬🇧.
Beautiful lady
Gambian ‘semesters’ when you go home for holidays or speak to you family members on the phone, encourage them to teach the young boys to cook. If it is not for these YouTube videos, I’ll probably depend on American fast food. We are told at a young age that men don’t belong in the kitchen.
