  1. I loved what Meco Monardo did with all of his other Star Wars themes, but I have to admit that I was disappointed in this album. I expected the funky Meco that was quite cool during the disco era. However, Meco redeemed himself when he hit the charts with his "Empire Strikes Back" medley.

  2. FUN FACT: Jon Bon Jovi (John Bongiovi) sings the lead vocals on this album. This was before he changed the spelling of his name. I believe the album was produced by his father or uncle.

  3. It's exceedingly simple to make fun of something that was made obviously for the pureness & Happiness of Christmas children's entertainment. How would he like someone criticizing his acting performance in Star Wars.

  4. I'm sure everyone knows this, but this album was the first profession credit for Jon Bon Jovi, who sang lead on "R2-D2 We Wish You A Merry Christmas" (his uncle owned the studio it was recorded in…)

  5. This album is a staple of Christmas entertainment in our house. Yes, it's cheesy as hell, but hey, sometimes cheese is what you want. Happy Life Day, Everyone!

  6. I'll be in the minority and say that I think that "Christmas In The Stars" was a fun idea, and not deserving of being compared to the infamous holiday special. And I certainly hope that Anthony Daniels wasn't (and isn't) embarrassed about doing it, he did a good job!
