It makes my heart smile when y’all tell me “welcome home” 🥹🤎 thank you all I will be back soon!
Something about you gives me Jayda vibes ❤
The problem is we go to Africa and visit a slave plantation after coming from an active one in America all while wearing a France (colonizer) shirt. The power is finding a black man in a cultural setting not eating around caucasians who spit at you in SA
You and that woman who was presenting there are gorgeous. OMW!
Welcome ❤home dear
The animals are not kept captives but are kept protected from humans and they live in the wildness that is protected. Not what you're saying. It's only good that they're protected. Dint make it sound and look like a bad thing. Yhuuuuu hayisuka.
Zulu🤔Neh those are not Zulu outfits babes😊
How long was the flights. I went there too and mine was 17 hours
First visit and off to an 8-hour safari visit! My kind of sister; and beautiful too … time to subscribe!
Very uninformed
So much misinformation from the tour guide, he's definitely not South African

Nah you need to come back, Theres so much you didn't do in Jozi
Great vid though
I’m also from USA, want to visit South Africa, then Ghana, The Gambia, Botswana, etc ❤ watching your vlog for tips on where to travel
I learned before slavery , a group of bantu ppl left Cameroon, one group went west to (kingdom of Ndongo now renamed congo and angola) and the other group went south, so if your dna ancestry says western bantu Cameroon, congo, ANgola, you may be connected to the ppl in South Africa with bantu roots. Same ppl except the group who went west was kidnapped by the Portuguese and dropped off in Virginia, South and North Carolina , while the other group went south and ended up in apartheid. 😢
The current curriculum does teach about the Trans -Atlantic slave trade. So, the "born frees" are learning about slavery and civil rights. I think its taught at grade 6 or 7. But during apartheid it was definitely not taught. We were taught pro-European history. Media was state controlled and severely censored. We were not even allowed to lean about independence wars in our neighbouring countries. We got to lean through Soul music or Blues though and even that was sensored.Towards the late 80s they started loosening up a bit and allowing tv shows like Roots. It was super popular and everyone from children to old people were watching Roots. I think that's how most South Africans began learning about your history. Wherever possible try to use SAn born tour guides so that you can be given authentic history.
