Johannesburg crime fighter speaks out on safety challenges for women patrols


One of the issues voters in South Africa are most concerned about is crime.
Robbery, rape and murder rates have remained high during the past decade.
In the last three months of 20-23, an average of one person was murdered every 20 minutes.

In Johannesburg, a group of women has been patrolling the streets to deter criminals.

The strong apartheid connections of the Democratic Alliance make it unlikely to win the hearts of the vast majority, and the ANC has become a lame duck for not radically changing the inequitable apartheid-era socio-economic arrangement. It is easy to see why crime has remained a problem and why South Africans are embracing a world where they don't have to put up with two parties.🙂

  3. The first google search for Qatar from the Netherlands is "Can women travel to Qatar.?" Yes. I would wear a skirt and blouse, no head cover required. There is much freedom in Qatar. The original question iis not sane.

  4. Only 10% of criminals get caught and only 10% of them are convicted that means currently in SA you have a 1% chance of been convicted of a crime!
