What's happened to the water transfer tunnels that were constructed by the previous government that connect the Lesotho highlands water (Katse) dam projects that were designed to supply the Vaal river/dam system… The Sterkfontein dam was also built as a reserve for feeding the Vaal river system … why dont we hear about these?
