Sending police to Haiti is a disaster waiting to happen,he should send the Army they are better equipped and trained .Haiti gangs have better rifles compared to G3 our police are equipped with,plus those gangs have been fighting for a long time.

Isn't there a Kenyan Think tank devoted to such matters that can provide advice on this mission? Is that think tank oblivious to Haitian History or is it just empty? If the US couldn't bring peace with 20,000 US army deployed to Haiti in "Operation Uphold Democracy" in 1994, what is Kenya going to do with 1000 policemen? At the moment two-thirds of Haiti, or even more, is in the hands of gangs. It is into the arms of these gangs the 1000 Kenyan policemen are going to walk into… and it won't be good.

These were the gangs legitimized by Helen La Lime of the U.N. The actions of the gangs is parallel to the popular movement of the mass of the population of Haiti to remove this terroristic and illegitimate government of Ariel Henry. The situation is complex and the media is doing very poor job at presenting the reality. They have been silent to the atrocities ( children being killed by police gangs, girls being shot in private parts for refusing to be raped, limbs being chopped off kidnaped individual, others being tortured and burned alive). Very revolting. These satanic actions are taking place with the full knowledge and complicity and support by Ariel Henry and the United States, France, Canadian diplomats and ambassadors. All this has been and is still being perpetrated by this current illegal and illegitimate government which does have any mandate or an ounce of credibility.. We don’t need the Kenyan’s or any one from the Core Group/ Core Gangs. Kenyan police or military will not be welcomed in Haiti.

This is old news. Kenyan universities should be able to teach railway and highway building technology so that construction can be done by Kenyans instead of Asians and Europeans. I hope the new chancellor of Nairobi university will implement international building standards in his new curriculum going forward.
The man is very wise because he makes clear how the police is specialised in peace keeping and shows how it is crucial to know if the case has to do with really war or just usual challenges which police can deal with but in the case of a war ,
