  1. זאת עוגה לובית יהודית בלי ספק היהודים היו בלוב כ1500 שנה לפני שקם האיסלאם וליהודים היה שם השפעה מדינית תכרבותית והם השאירו שם רכוש רב ותרבות קולינרית כמובן וחזרו אחרי 2000 שנה לארץ ישראל הבית האמיתי

  2. preparation-wise, safra is very similar to basbousa/namoura…biggest difference lies in the ingredients, especially the egg and sesame seeds, the uses of which I have never seen in any basbousa/namoura recipe that I know of…great presentation by the way…am inspired to try this recipe in my own kitchen…

  3. Hi I’m looking for two recipes one is ka ak and the other one boolo i’d appreciate if you can give me the recipe . If you have a cookbook in English I could buy that would be great . My mother was Libyan and I didn’t get the recipe from her when she was alive
