  1. I am so excited for the new top names of the next generation after the big3, Sinner is in along with Alcaraz! They’re both clay specialists too! Nadal must be ready then (even if I’m his top fan too).

  2. A long overdue grand slam. Hopefully more to come one of my favourite players. Beating Medvedev in a final ain’t easy if your not Novak or Rafa but I had a feeling sinner would win it in 5

  3. Tough luck for Daniil losing from the third set onwards being 2 sets to love up after Jannik broke his serve and started gaining momentum and pushing Daniil back behind the baselines and not being able to be as aggressive.
    The mental strength Jannik has, raw talent, resilience, now physical capabilities will serve him well and bring him potentially many victories in his career.
    Given how Daniil played on the first 2 sets, if he can just do so (probably not against someone like Jannik) for three sets, he would have won.
    Look forward to seeing how Jannik plays in the other Grand Slams and in the Olympics!

  4. Beaucoup de choses m'ont impressionné dans le succès de Jannik Sinner mais ce que je retiens avant tout, c'est qu'il n'a jamais paniqué. C'est très fort de la part d'un jeune joueur qui jouait sa première finale en Grand Chelem et qui s'est rapidement retrouvé mené deux sets à zéro. Je ne suis pas sûr d'avoir déjà vu pareil exploit de la part d'un gars de 22 ans. Maximum respect.
    Il a su trouver les solutions pour contrer un Medvedev qui jouait de manière totalement inattendue, comme je ne l'avais jamais vu jouer auparavant. Sinner non plus, j'imagine ! Mais il a su renverser le match, en partie en modifiant ses options tactiques de départ. En retour, il s'est un peu reculé
    Bravo pour lui, victoire et trophée bien mérités 🏆✍💌🎾🎾
