  1. Does termination of membership by the party to a member on stipulated reasons need court to clarify nor entertainment by judiary on what capacity as it is according to the organisation s constitutional matters.

  2. The issue at hand is legally what supporting documentation is required for the IEC to decide whether such a change in leadership is valid. Maybe just an sms suffices or e-mail to even telephone call? In any case how is the authenticity decided. This is an IEC issue to respond to as one cannot just say one can accept any old documents, as surely there have to be board meetings etc. One cannot rely one just a signature.

To vote, one must register, be allocated a ward, put on the voters roll, present one ID's, which is checked, thumb marked and then vote. What is the requirement for a change in party leadership?

This is clearly an IEC matter who must justify what process were need ed to be fulfilled and whether the were indeed filled.

  3. Than the question is why has the IEC does not have jurisdiction whilst entrusted with the activities of electoral issues and party issues in terms of the aspects of regulations and directives. This means parties can treat their members as they wish and abuse them to the core, which is injustice and cannot be justified.
