  1. Yes for intermittent fasting, i use to do it unintentionally! But u are correct cutting out the sugary snacks is really what helped me! I wanted to get into hiking too, I’ve been looking up trails in my city

    I think summer has gotten the best of a lot of us 😂 I agree tho, it’s good to take accountability and correct yourself or it’ll just be a cycle. Intermittently fasting was very key when losing my baby fat after Rosie, I still fast regularly These are great tips

  4. you know what's so funny.. I just had a doctors appointment today and girl, I'm having the same challenge (weight gain)… I just updated my vlog about this very thing. I'm so mad at myself…. UGH!!!😩

    everything you said I've been doing minus the alcohol. this was a wakeup call video for me too. It feels like you were talking to me directly and calling me out. girl, I needed this mirror….THANK YOU!!!🩷

  5. You can do it! My struggle is going to bed early and waking up to work out first thing in the morning. 😭 I may have dropped a few pounds, and yes, I'm down for a challenge.
