As someone who lives and was born in south africa (a country I hate btw) I can tell you it is really a shit idea. For one, good luck filling up a stadium not that much money here and ticks would have to be way less expensive and for two, the average iq in my country is 77 which is one of the highest in AFRICA. Now take someone with an iq of 77 and make them drunk, through in some violence and it's gonna be a shit show. That first round was basically a 10-8 without the blood, and then usman couldn't decisively beat a one handed khamzat for two rounds after that.
