It's Impossible to Spend $10 in this Country!

I tried spending 10 dollars in Burundi and it turned out to be an impossible challenge!

  1. Do You know that the average daily income in Burundi is about 50¢ per person? Just $0.50 per day. So! Single Buck is 2(!) days of extremely hard labour! Tell me please, what is cheap in Burundi for person with 0.50$ daily budget?

  2. I'm very bothered by the way he is so openly saying this is so cheap in front of them. That's so rude and disrespectful… >> The Idea they didn't just hand out some money or even volunteer to buy them food with out them. I dont like his spirit. very very low vibe. Saying that in front of people show no manners at ALL.. So bothered this came up on my time line..

  3. How can be so cheap, mate??? the food??? In Burunfi many people earn $10 in the entire month. Do you think that than $6 to pay for a single dinner is cheap?????

  4. The comments here is why burundi is a poor place. People complain and complain. Like dude, you can also go to burundi and spread out your dollars if you want too. But let me guess, you already have dozens of excuses ready. Remember, he also had to jump the same hurdles. And if you are gonna say, "I have work and family." Bitch, dont act high and mighty. You would spend a thousand dollars on yourself and your family before you spend a cent on the poor folks of burundi. And thats fine. People have standards they are used to. The problem is bitches acting like they better talking about how he/she will spend much more on helping them buttakes zero actions. Just words is all.

  5. dude, you shoudnt have let her negotiate the price, these people are the poorest people on earth. Its fun and games for us but could be the difference between life and death for them

  6. Dear Africa,

Christianity and Islam are the means through which Africa is still controlled and destroyed by outside people

Leave both Christianity and Islam, Then Africa will be prosperous

    Fyi

    Hu

  7. I'm actually shocked that these are his old videos, i mean, today he seems nice but here it's just completely ignorant and offensive.

It's interesting to see this video, i just wished peter was acting nice and not being an asshole.

  8. You definitely don't flash money around in Africa, you can get stabbed for something like that. I also noticed that you have the same skin condition as me, vitiligo. Mine didn't really come out until I was in my 30s, and now i'm 45 years old. You look a little young so just let me say that you need to make sure you're staying out of the sun and if you are in it alot, make sure you're wearing protection… and I don't mean the rubber kind😁. I've actually lost all of my pigmentation now, so i just look like i'm really white and that I need to tan😃. Also I don't know how the laws are in your state, but in New York you aren't allowed to have really dark window tint. You can actually get a written document from your doctor that states that you're allowed to have dark window tint because of your skin condition.

  9. I did enjoy this video. Interesting content. But the part where he saw a Japanese Toyota and thought it was a British car made me laugh so hard. Us Brits aren’t the only ones that drive on the left 😂 There’s like 60 countries that do.

  10. It’s kinda disrespectful bc you keep saying it’s so cheap etc etc
Imagine working at gucci and here someone whose buying good say
    Only 10k?
How am I meant to spend my 1 billion? It’s so cheap.
Like stop flexing on the poor
You could’ve given them some money too bc their financial situation may be worse than yours.
It really highlights how privileged you are and how you don’t know what other less fortunate people feel like

  11. It only took me 60 seconds to realize that this guy's arrogance crosses the line. A traveler does not behave that way when he visits a place that is not his own. Evidently, he lives in his own "perfect life" bubble and has no empathy for the people of that country. Talking about "the poorest country in the world" in front of people… it's not what you say, but how you say it. Just another YouTube idiot.
