UNRWA is a self-perpetuating bureaucracy whose sole purpose is to keep Palestinians as refugees for generations even if they live in Europe, the US, or Canada. They have a 1.6 BILLION dollar annual budget and they achieve nothing but teaching hatred to the Palestinian children. Israel has complained about their schools which teach that killing Jews is the highest calling, at the UN for years, but nobody cared.
